NIBA Round tables
Several roundtables and a mini-session on language acquisition are being added to the program for Saturday, 24 October 2020. There is no fee for these events.
Moderators will manage the round table discussions but participants are responsible for bringing ideas and strategies to share at the table. Registration will be capped at 20 participants for each event to ensure that everyone will have the opportunity to engage and share in the conversation.

The Northwest Association of IB World Schools (NWAIBWS) consists of PYP, MYP, CP, and DP member schools from Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington.

- Hold Coordinator's meetings twice a year at varied locations throughout our geographic area.
- Provide assistance and information to schools interested in developing IB programs in the Northwest.
- Provide support to newly authorized schools.
- Maintain a database of authorized, applicant and interested schools in the our service area.
- Inform colleges/universities in our service area about the IB program, specifically in regard to the Diploma program and course recognition/credit.
- Communicate with individual state Departments of Education concerning program recognition, exam fees, and course certification.
