1. IB Coordinator and Participant Fall Conference Registration and list of Sessions (Register)
- Cost for NIBA Conference: $150 for sessions and $100 for roundtables. Sessions for Participants are on Saturday only. IB Coordinator Sessions are Friday and Saturday.
- Registration Deadline: October 3, 2025
2. Official IB Training Registration (Register): Official IB Training, so separate registration.
- Cost for Official IB Training: $450. Sessions are both Friday and Saturday.
- Registration Deadline for Official IB Training: Official IB Training Registration closes September 20, 2025. (Since this is a training from IB, they have a different timeline.)
NIBA Membership Dues
Your annual dues enable our association to plan the fall conference, support scholarships for member schools to connect with the IB World School community, and provide access to the collective knowledge of the Northwest IB Association. Please Pay Dues whether you are coming to the conference or not.
You'll receive an invoice on October 3rd and payment is due by October 13th.
NIBA annual dues are $300.
If you have multiple programs at your site (CP, DP, MYP, PYP), please be sure to register those programs as well. There is an additional NIBA annual fee of $200 for each additional Program.
If you are a Candidate School, dues are $50.
